trusculpt flex muscle sculpting

Even a healthy diet and regular exercise sometimes doesn’t do the trick for achieving your ideal body. You’ve put in the work but maybe you need a little extra help to strengthen, firm, and tone those stubborn areas that you just can’t seem to fix. That’s where truSculpt flex comes in. truSculpt flex is a personalized muscle sculpting treatment that adjusts to your fitness level, shape, and goals to strengthen, firm, and tone your muscles.

What is truSculpt flex?

truSculpt flex by Cutera is a non-invasive muscle sculpting device that is used mainly for the strengthening and toning of the abdomen, buttocks, and thigh muscles.

How does it work?

truSculpt flex improves muscle tone by inducing muscle contractions using electric current. The great thing about this treatment is that it’s completely customizable based on your fitness level, shape, and goals. A truSculpt flex provider will customize the placement of 16 handpieces targeting multiple small and large muscle groups. Each treatment is only about 45 minutes, and patients typically require around four treatments to see the results they’re looking for.

The machine features three treatment modes and allows treatment of up to eight areas at the same time:

  • Prep mode: this mode creates twisting motions similar to those experienced during warm-up exercises. It involves stretching muscles and slowly builds a tolerance to muscle contractions.
  • Tone mode: this mode is similar to performing squats and involves contracting muscles until the point of exhaustion. This mode mimics strength training programs and results in increased strength and endurance.
  • Sculpt mode: this mode is similar to performing crunches and involves fast, deep, sequential contractions of the muscles. This mode mimics muscle building programs involving the development of new muscle fibers. An increased muscle mass is also accompanied by a simultaneous elevation of basal metabolic rate (BMR) for the growth and support of muscle mass.

Who is truSculpt flex for?

Anyone who’s looking to meet specific fitness goals! It’s especially helpful for people who have had past injuries and cannot work out a certain muscle group.

How is it different from other body sculpting treatments?

Compared to other treatments like Emsculpt, truSculpt flex has a lot more flexibility and specificity. truSculpt flex can stimulate specific muscles by the placement of individual handpieces, while other treatments require bulky hardware that doesn’t target specific muscles.
