Does is Hurt?
Everyone has their own level of pain tolerance so it can be uncomfortable for most parties but is definitely tolerable. The use of topical numbing solution is applied before and during the procedure to ease any discomfort you may experience.
How long does permanent eyeliner last?
Permanent makeup can last anywhere from 10 months-2 years depending on your skin type and how well you take care of your permanent eyeliner.
Why is a touch up needed?
Touch Ups for permanent eyeliner are not completely necessary but are 100% recommended. In order to get the full length out of your investment, a touch up is done 6-8 weeks after your initial procedure. This allows for us to see how your skin took in the color and it also locks in the strokes. Any adjustments in color or shape can be addressed and adjusted at the touch up appointment.
How is color and style determined?
At your initial appointment we will work with you to get the shape you are comfortable with and a color that suits your features. Everyone has different preferences when it comes to eyeliner, so we will work to get you the style you are happy with prior to starting your procedure.
What is the After care?
- Avoid getting them wet for a week (this includes working -out, sweating, pools, etc.).
- Just like a normal tattoo, keep the area hydrated with Aquaphor for a week
- Avoid all retinols and use a mild skincare regimen.
- Avoid extreme sun exposure.
