At Anu Medical Spa, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please make yourself aware of our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies have been designed to ensure you enjoy a truly peaceful and relaxing visit with us.
All Anu Medical Spa therapists are New Jersey State licensed and trained at Anu Medical Spa.
Please call us at 856-809-0909 to book all appointments. A credit card is required at the time of booking to hold all appointments. A no- show for service booked will be charged $50. We are sorry if this may cause you any inconvenience. We have made this policy to better serve our clients.
We accept credit cards (American Express, MasterCard, and Visa), cash, money orders, personal checks, American Express Travelers Cheques and Anu Medical Spa gift certificates.
Industry standard for tipping is 15%-20%, but the amount you leave is completely at your discretion.
Please Note- due to new regulations- you may no longer leave the tip on your credit card when you pay for your service.
To preserve the tranquility of the spa, we respectfully request that mobile telephones be turned off when you enter the Spa.
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. As a courtesy to our clients and staff, it is company policy for all clients to give 24 hour notice of cancellation. Failure to do so will result in a $100 charge to your credit card.
Product Return Policy
We think our products are the best and we think you’ll enjoy them just as much. But if you are unhappy with a product purchase from Anu Medical Spa, please return the item with a dated receipt within 30 days of purchase and we will gladly return or exchange the item.
Series, Packages and Programs
Series, Packages and Programs are discounted and must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
When you purchase a course of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment is to be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are not refundable.
Let us help you pamper that special person. Gift vouchers for any treatment, package or spa products may be purchased at the front desk or from our website via credit card.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:

**you may reschedule however a $50 cancellation charge will be incurred

For their safety, and for the courtesy of other guests receiving relaxing services, children under 13 years of age are not permitted.
